Registered Massage Therapist
Since first becoming a Registered Massage Therapist in 2010, I have had the privilege of being chosen to be the healing hands to help many clients return back to work, back to their favourite sports, hobbies and most importantly, back to enjoying a better quality of life with family and friends. After receiving treatment at the Justine Blainey Wellness Centre for injuries suffered in a car accident over three years ago, I knew I wanted to become part of this wonderful team.
It is a privilege to practice in such a positive environment. Each of my new clients will receive an initial assessment in order to design an individualized treatment plan, using various techniques during treatment. This includes Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Energy Techniques, Therapeutic Paraffin Wax and Manual Lymphatic Drainage to facilitate their healing. In addition, I provide different exercises and techniques to use at home, work and even when going to sleep, that will help to aid recovery and quality of life. Having been married almost 30 years and raising my family here in Heartlake, it is wonderful to be able to help so many people from our neighbourhood in a full service, family focused setting.
